At Springwood, we are committed to serving and supporting our community and that entails making careful review of all donation requests. Priority is given to all fundraisers being hosted at or in conjunction with Springwood Golf Club. Other donation requests are always duly read and weighed; we unfortunately cannot honor all requests.

Parties making an application to Springwood for donations will be contacted by a representative of the Resort within 5 business days of the request date. Sorry, only applications made via this web interface will be considered.

To discuss the possibility of hosting your event at Springwood Golf Club, or Heritage Hills Golf Resort and Conference Center, or to discuss off-site catering options, please call us. It would be an honor to participate in your event.
